M546

1954 Niji Trump 7-8 Set

M546-1, Type 1: Brown Ink on Back

M546-2, Type 2: Blue Ink on Back

Description:  A common style set from the early 1950s although this set is somewhat hard to find.  These menko are slightly larger than the normal menko of the time.  So far, it looks to have only the popular menko of the time included in the set.  Production quality is somewhat poor and the images on front aren't crisp, but the colors are vivid and bold.
