1957 Dohyo Iri 9-10 Set
Description: Not much is known about this set. It appears to be similar in construction to the 1957 Kagome Caricature Trump 7-8 Set. Menko have a bright white gloss finish which is actually a thin piece of paper attached to a cardboard back.

Front Design: Riksihi are standing in their mawashi or kesho-mawashi with another, unnamed rikishi in the background. Menko fronts are printed on gloss white paper with shikona printed as well.
Back Design: Back of menko show a shadow of a rikishi during his dohyo iri ceremony when he raises his hands. Inside this show are military related words. A Gu-Choki-Pa mark is about 1/3 up the menko on the right. A 9 or 11 digit Fighting Number is along the bottom. Menko backs are printed with brown ink.
