Front Design: Menko show the Rikishi in standing in their kesho mawashi. Shikona is vertical in the upper right corner.
Back Design: A rotund gunbai is in the middle of the menko with the rikishi's heya, height and weight information inside of it. Rikishi's shikona is horizontally along the top of the menko with a Gu-Choki-Pa in the bottom, left of the menko. A 6 digit fighting number appears along the bottom.
