Description: This is another popular set from 1958. It is difficult to find these menko in great condition as they were popular and commonly used in games. This set has different kimarite, or winning moves, on the back of the menko. Three versions of backs exist which were printed in brown, green or blue. It is possible that these are three different sets, but I have grouped them together until I can confirm this. This is a nice clean set as it isn't loaded down with a bunch of distracting statistics and pictures. This set also has a lot of the Yokozuna and Sanyaku Rikishi!
Company: Unknown Availability: Common

Front Design: This set features the rikishi in various poses on a "faded" one colored background. The shikona and the rikishi's heya is printed vertically on the left or right.
Back Design: A winning technique, or kimarite, is in the middle of the menko with the Gu-Choki-Pa above that. A 6 digit Fighting Number is on the bottom. Some menko have pictures of a zodiac animal which I assume are special or lucky menko.
